Our new Key Account Manager Torbjörn Wikström came in like a breath of fresh air to LEKAB just in time for the summer. As the summer comes to an end, it is time to let Torbjörn reflect a little on his previous experiences in Sales and his future here at LEKAB.
👋 How has your first time at LEKAB been, and tell us more about your role as Key Account Manager?
– Obviously a lot to get used to, but it was easy to bond with the fantastic employees here at LEKAB. As Key Account Manager, I will focus on a number of larger existing customers and work with our offer to the market to solve the messaging needs of new customers.
💼 Tell us about your past work experiences. What did you do before you began working for us?
– I have worked with sales and sales management for a long time, mainly with communication solutions for both operators and integrators.
🎯 What motivates you the most at work?
– To work together with customers and find solutions that make a difference. Then also to orchestrate resources and competences to deliver quality in the solution proposals to our customers.
🚣 What do you like to do in your spare time?
– I have a gig with a very weak engine that I use to ride around the archipelago with a paddling wife behind. We have always travelled a lot, preferably a little "off the beaten track". Then I make sure to watch Djurgården's football matches as well😊.
