Sara Dahlborg has now spent the summer with us at LEKAB and 21st Century Mobile. Below she talks about her first time as a Customer Success Agent, why contact with customers is the driving force at work and which football team to follow in Allsvenskan.
👋 How has your first time at LEKAB been, and tell us more about your role as Customer Success Agent?
– Both educational and fun! And with a fantastic reception from my new colleagues, I have felt welcome since day one.
– As a Customer Success Agent, I assist our customers via phone, email and chat to ensure that they receive the best possible service with everything they could possibly need. This applies to everything from invoice questions and administration to questions regarding the use of our services. My role is constantly evolving, and I look forward to taking on even more areas of work.
💼 Tell us about your past work experiences. What did you do before you began working for us?
– I have previously worked with different types of customer service, for example, as a shop assistant and care assistant. There I learned how to treat and help all kinds of people in the best way, which is what I am most passionate about in this role.
🎯 What motivates you the most at work?
– To come along on this exciting journey with LEKAB and 21st Century Mobile and to learn something new about the industry every day from my experienced and wise colleagues. But above all, I am driven by helping our customers!
💚⚽ What do you like to do in your spare time?
– In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends over dinners. I love music in all its forms, and I always have a good song playing in my headphones. But my favourite activity is probably going with my dad to Hammarby's home games!
