LEKAB acquires the German company Topcom Kommunikationssysteme GmbH

LEKAB Communication Systems AB (LEKAB) and Topcom will become one of the few providers to fully invest in customised solutions to improve internal and external communication processes as well as intelligent document management and business process management (BPM). The companies are convinced that the merger will bring significant benefits for customers and partners. The expanded product range and increased innovative strength of the new company will open up many joint opportunities for exciting new projects.

The acquisition is a natural next step in the group's strategic growth plan – establishing a presence in Northern Europe to support our customers and partners in business messaging and process automation.
