👋 How has your first time at LEKAB been, and tell us more about your role?
– My first time at LEKAB has been both educational and inspiring. I have quickly felt welcome and it has been easy to get into the work, although there is still a lot to learn. I have received good support from my colleagues and appreciate the helpful working environment. In my role as a developer, my main responsibility is to both maintain and improve the existing software. I've also had the opportunity to contribute to a major redesign of the code, which is an exciting process focused on improving the user experience.
💼 Tell us about your past work experiences. What did you do before you began working for us?
– I am relatively junior as a developer but have previously worked in development at Alfa Laval and Tetra Pak where I was responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions.
🎯 What motivates you the most at work?
– I am most motivated by working on problem-solving and seeing concrete results from my work. It is very satisfying to develop solutions that make a difference for both users and the organisation. I am also driven by continuously improving my technical skills.
📚 What do you like to do in your spare time?
– In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and reading books. I see it as a good way to balance the technical work.
